Device to deal with annoyances at the movies.

Thursday, May 31st, 2007

Was offered one of these the other week. Didn’t end up needing to use it but it certainly could come in handy these days. It seems that theater etiquette is on the decline.

The Edge (1997)

I’m not a professional movie reviewer, but I happened to catch the last half of this movie tonight. Interesting movie, beautiful Alaskan country. Reminds me of Call of the Wild a little I guess, with a dash of hollywood thrown in, but its pretty well down and the actors do a pretty good job too, especially Hopkins in his strange lucid delineating manner.

Phenomenon

Phenomenon: today I happened to catch this movie which came out in 1996. Really enjoyed this movie the first time I saw it. Hard to believe that its been almost 10 years since it came out. The dusty grassy area of California that it is filmed in is poignant too.
