Saturday, August 13th, 2005Interview with F. Paul Wilson
Friday, July 22nd, 2005I’ve been reading “Sims” as of late. Good questions and thoughts brought up in it, scary as hell though. Maybe there is a lab in the forested Jersey hills working on something like this right now. Maybe not, maybe its in the Orient, or the middle of some muggy jungle. Hopefully not. There are many philosophical, ethical, and moral questions– beyond scientific– brought up by what it means to be human and what it would mean to create a race of sentient beings and use them as slaves, making a profit by renting them out.

‘American Gods’
Thursday, June 30th, 2005I just finished the 585 page American Gods today. Definitely enjoyed the book, very different than anything I’ve read before. (Not to say there aren’t books touching on the subject out there, author even mentions some in the acknowledgments section).
