Yes, no emissions. And who cares if the innovators stand to make big bucks? Just do it. Any safe percentage that can reduce pollution of big trucks, trains and on is good.

Drove the old route hundreds of times when living in the area. Watched many movies at the Red Dog Soloon in VC when Lindsay’s brother Mike was the bouncer and Grace Slick and others from Big Brother and the Holding Co. and Country Joe McDonald were hanging there sometimes to get a non-city experience.
